Bio: I love to be challenged! I'm a fitness/promotional model, bikini competitor and a very active mother of two. I have a great passion for fitness. Ambition with high energy is what I bring to the table most days. I've been a successful business owner,have a degree in medical billing,ride dirtbike,competed in a demo derby,and raced my car at street nationals. I'm very down to earth and like to have crazy fun!

Nutrition / Supplements: I try to keep my protein pretty high most days,carbs in moderation. I supplement with protein shakes. I cook with ground buffalo, turkey or chicken. Steamed veggies are my favorite. I eat most foods in moderation so I don't feel deprived. I take 1000mg of fish oil 3 x's daily. Drink lots of water and keep everything simple so I can be better prepared when it comes to meal time.

Training: I'm in the gym at least 5 days a week. Typically I warm up, do 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio. I have no time to spare so I make every workout count! I mix up my routine often to keep my body guessing.

What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Status is edgy and I love how they cover much more than bodybuilding & fitness. The features are eye catching and the articles are interesting!
