Just wanted to let you know how amazing this article is. I am 25yrs old who teaches a weight training class at a brand new gym where I live. I actually have a full time job as an interior decorator but have always managed to plan time being at the gym. I have always been a motivator all my life and there is never any goal that is too big or small in my eyes. When I walk into my class and the list of participants is maxed out it is a feeling i cant even describe!!! To see that people are in there to let me help them change their lives puts a whole new perspective on life. To make a long story short I love to go into every class and tell them either a quote or even read a short article to them just to change things up and when I read your article not only do I get moivtation for myself but I know I can introduce new ideas as well as just hearing something different for a change to keep my clients to be REPEAT CLIENTS...thank you so much for all the information you have provided for me as I am continuing to live a dream and help others in the fitness world!!! **Brooke Mozley

I am just under 100 lbs. I have an incredibly hard time gaining weight but I want a fitness model body. Do you have any suggestions for me on achieving that goal? I was told to intake 120 grams of protein a day but that seems to be a little difficult. Do you have any suggestions on that either?
