Great Article Ocean! It is so important to create balance in our lifestyles and I find that most people leave the Yoga and relaxation to last! I too try to incorporate the infrared into my weekly training routine, at least once/week...it is a great way to relax, de-tox and to soothe muscles from a week of training and stress! Love your out look on fitness....keep inspiring!
