Being on the cover of Status: It would truely be an honor to grace the cover of Status Magazine. I have been working so hard on my goals and ambitions and this would just top the charts for me! I would be on cloud nine.

Bio: Born in Dallas, TX and raised in The Woodlands, TX. I have always been athletic as I competitively cheerleaded for 8 years! I have a 3 year old son that I couldn't be more blessed to have apart of my life. I currently work at Shot Bar in Midtown, I have been there since day 1 of opening and I love every minute of working there. I am also a spokesmodel for Dymatize Nutrition. I have my first NPC (Bikini division) competition coming this April at the Texas Shredder Classic in Austin.

Nutrition / Supplements: I eat as clean as possible! It's not easy to start eating clean, but once you get started and see the results it gets more simplistic. I drink ISO-100 every morning with my breakfast and then again after I work out. I also drink Xpand pre work out to get that burst of energy I need before I hit the gym hard!

Training: Training as been very rewarding for me, I have had the pleasure of training with professional boxer Chris (Hollywood) Hernandez at My Fit Gym. His technique of training is by far the hardest I have ever encountered, however, the results have been AMAZING! I work out 6 days a week and my work outs vary daily but include boxing, weight lifting, and cardio!

What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Status is the hottest fitness magazine there is right now, this contest just proves that Status goes above and beyond the other magazines to bring out the true fitness women there are all around!
