Bio: I love to working out as it provides balance in my busy lifestyle.  It feels good to look good.  I am a proud hot mommma of a handsome 2 year old boy.  I also own my own business in property managment with my husband.  I have 2 meduim size Australian Shepherds that I love to take on long walks.  Being a former flight attendant, I love to travel and am always planning my next trip, collecting countries to visit is my hobby.  I have competed in the bikini division this last year and am loving every minute of it!

Nutrition/Supplements: VPX - Redline - Meltdown.  Egg Whites from Egg Whites International.

Training: Training 5 days per week, 3 leg days and 2 upper body. Cardio 5-6 times per week following weights for 45 mins.
