Favorite Sports Supplements: Gaspari Nutrition
Being on the cover of Status: would be life changing! This magazine is the real deal; hardcore athletes who train hard and have the bodies to show for it. The caliber of the men and women featured in Status is superior, and I'd love to be considered part of that league!
Bio: I always wanted to be fit but never had the right motivation. Getting engaged lit a fire inside me I didn't know was possible--I was smaller on my wedding day than I was in junior high! But it didn't end there; since the wedding I've dialed it up another notch and am now training to compete! It's all so unexpected and incredible coming from the girl who had every excuse to skip gym class! I'm proud of my accomplishments so far and can't wait to see where my new lifestyle of health and fitness will take me!

Nutrition / Supplements: I eat 6 meals a day every 3 hours, like clockwork! Always balancing proteins and carbs, and eating healthy fats, too! I allow one meal a week as a "cheat" but even that's within moderation--it'd be a shame to blow a week of progress over one meal!
Training: I do cardio in the morning before breakfast (gets me out of bed!), then I go back to do weights later in the afternoon or evening. I take a workout break on the same day as my cheat meal, making it a rest day to look forward to!
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: A lot of magazines out there cater to only one sex, or to people just getting started in fitness, or only to hardened professionals. Status appeals to everyone, and that's what sets it apart. Men, women, athletes and amateurs all have something to learn from this exceptional and informative magazine!
