Being on the cover of Status: I would be so honored to grace the cover of Status Fitness Magazine, as it is my goal to represent all busy, hard-working mothers that find the time to dedicate to the sport of bodybuilding be in the best shape of their life post-baby.
Bio: I am a 25 yr old mom, wife, holistic cook, nutritionist, and entrepreneur. I was a gymnast, cheerleader and dancer when I was younger and after giving birth to my daughter, Ava I got very serious about getting my body back and figured, if I'm doing all this work, why not compete? So, I began training March of 2009 and my first year I was very successful.
I am so passionate about eating and living healthy and I hope to inspire others to do the same. Although my time in the fitness industry has just begun, I am so grateful for the achievements I've made...I am the reigning Ms. Bikini New Mexico, I earned my IFPA Pro Figure Card June of last year as well as swept 1st place in all Figure and Fitness Model divisions of my local shows in 2009. I competed in Vegas @ the 20th Anniversary Fitness America Pageant and place top 5 in both Model Overall and Bikini Medium, plus I am currently on the cover of the Winter 2009 issue of Fitness & Physique magazine.
For 2010 I am planning on competing in NPC Bikini, Fitness Universe and America, Flex Bikini Model Search, and the OCB's Pro Yorton Cup.
I'm training hard and loving all the abundance, joy, health and freedom of my life with my wonderful husband, Adam and 2 yr old daughter Ava. I feel so blessed for the opportunities given to me. Thank you for considering me as a fresh new face and rising star in the fitness industry. Cheers:)

Nutrition / Supplements: Clean diet - Whole foods, 5 small meals/day. Favorites: Pumpkin pancakes, brown rice, chicken & veggies, egg white omlette with red onion, red pepper and green chile, Casein protien (bedtime snack). Other supplements: Omega 3,6,9, CLA, Multi & Vit C, L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Chromium Piclonate, Myoplex Lite.
Training: I train 3-4 days/wk. Bis & Back, Quads, Shoulders & Tris, Hamstrings with glutes. I enjoy doing cardio on our home elliptical before breakfast 4 days/week offseason, 6 competition time.
