Being on the cover of Status: Being on the cover of Status would mean that I would be representing a fitness magazine that aims at educating and motivating the public to live a healthy and competitive lifestyle. 

Bio: Born in Haiti, I was part of the basketball team in high school and always enjoyed challenging myself and taking my mind and body to the next level.  I am a self-employed Software Engineer, a Certified Taebo Instructor, a fitness competitor, a wife and mother of the most amazing 2-year-old boy.

Nutrition/Supplements: I eat clean which gives me an opportunity to get very creative in the kitchen and not get bored with my food.   I also include good multivitamins, whey protein and servings of UDO’s, coconut, or flaxseed oil in my food.  
 
Training: Because my schedule changes constantly, I get very creative with my exercise.  Whether I workout at home or at the gym, I make sure that I constantly step out of my comfort zone.  To me a good workout is one that allows me to feel the burn, as “pain is weakness leaving the body”.
 
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Status does an amazing job informing athletes and novices about the fitness industry, what’s old and new.  It also celebrates athletes’ successes and display and array of information about new products that become available.
