Moments after another major victory at the 2026 Vancouver Pro/Am & Expo, IFBB Bikini Pro champion Ashley Kaltwasser joined promoter Michelle Krack for a special interview with Status Fitness Magazine, the official media of the Van Pro.
Ashley’s latest win marked her incredible 58th professional title and sixth Vancouver Pro championship, further strengthening her place as one of the most accomplished athletes in Bikini history.
One of the most revealing moments came when Ashley admitted that she still gets nervous before competing. For her, those nerves are not a weakness. They are proof that the moment still matters and that she remains fully invested in performing at her best.

When Michelle asked how long she plans to continue competing, Ashley’s answer was simple:
“Till the wheels fall off.”
Ashley also revealed that she was not completely certain she would compete in Vancouver this year. After some hesitation, she decided she did not want to miss the experience, the people or the opportunity to defend her title.
She knew she was healthy, in shape and capable of delivering another championship performance. So she went for it, and the decision ended with another victory and another place in the record books.
Ashley also spoke warmly about Vancouver, the quality of the event and the welcome she receives each year, joking that she now feels like an “adopted Canadian.”

The interview also highlighted the work of Michelle Krack and her team. Ashley praised Michelle for creating an environment where athletes feel supported and able to perform at their best.
Congratulations to Ashley Kaltwasser on professional victory number 58 and her sixth Vancouver Pro Bikini title.
Congratulations as well to Michelle Krack and the entire Van Pro team for another outstanding event.
