Age:
27
City:
Nassau, New Providence.
Country:
The Bahamas.
Trainer philosophy:
I believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination. It has to be adopted as a lifestyle and not a temporary fix. My goal as a trainer is to help people create good lifestyle habits, develop a routine, and foster consistency during the time we work together, to continue to excel on their own.
Training Plan:
I train 6-7 days a week. 4 days are lower-body focused, 2 days are upper body focused and one day is usually functional training and or HIIT.
Nutritional Plan:
When in prep, I follow a pretty strict eating schedule, but I never cut carbs completely. Portion control is a lot more important in prep and I have 6 meals a day and a gallon of water. In the off-season, I still am intentional and conscious about my nutrition I try to keep my greens intake high as well as water and give myself a little more freedom and creativity with my proteins and carb types.

Supplement Plan:
My current stack is whey protein isolate, pre-workout, pre & probiotics, hormone balancer, and collagen.
Do you prefer to take and recommend all-natural (no sugar, no artificial colors/flavors/sweeteners) supplements or supplements with artificial flavors and sweeteners? And Why?
I typically stick to what I need and what I like, minus all the extra fluff. If my body agrees with it and can see and feel the benefits of taking the supplement, that is what matters most to me.
Is weight loss more of a fitness issue or a health issue in your opinion and why?
I think weight loss is more of a lifestyle issue, people who struggle with weight loss and management typically are leading unhealthy unbalanced lifestyles which reflect through their fitness levels and health status.

What separates Status from other fitness magazines?
Status to me stands out from other fitness magazines because they dive deeper into the industry than most other magazines. I think that shining the light on the competitor side of the industry isn’t attractive to most magazines but Status really embraces it and provides a platform for amazing athletes and fitness professionals to share their stories and inspire readers.
If you could ask Status Fitness Magazine Editor in Chief Rodney Jang any industry question, what would that be?
What do you think all bodybuilders/competitors around the world have in common?
Status Fitness Magazine runs model searches across North America including the largest one at the Arnold Classic for the Status cover. As part of the Status family, you will receive a special participation invite. How excited are you about this opportunity?
This is an amazing opportunity and I’m excited and grateful for it!
Do you have a sponsor? List them and what they mean to you?
I’m sponsored by Fitness Connection Bahamas (supplements) and WeAreFitChix (clothing/apparel). Both companies are owned by my brother who is actually the reason I got into fitness at 14, so being able to become a sponsored athlete by his companies, and work with them is really special to me. He’s always been super supportive of my journey as both a professional and Competitor and I’m proud to represent his brands in both spaces.

Describe your coaches and the impact they have on you?
I’ve had some really great coaches over the years, my first was an online coach Olesya Novik, then I worked with Caudell McNabb in Freeport, Bahamas for a few years and my current coach is Ryan Hinton, who I work with online. Having great coaches has really helped to propel me forward and give me the accountability I need to stay on track. What I love most about my current coach is that there are no drastic measures at any time during prep and that I’m able to present an impressive package every time, naturally.
Future fitness goals and plans?
I plan to continue to make strides in the industry as a trainer and as a competitor. I hope to continue to grow my brand and business and I am working towards earning IFBB Pro status.
Life goal?
My life goal is to wake up every day and do what I love, serve and help others, have a beautiful happy marriage and family and leave a legacy.

5 most important attributes you see in a person?
Honesty, Respect, Trustworthy, Genuine, Disciplines.
If you could inspire one person, who would that be? And why?
Any young girl/woman who is afraid to chase her dreams. My hope is that young girls never feel boxed in by society or feel pressured to be someone they are not. I want young girls to see me as proof that they can do and be who they desire to.
Who inspires you? And why?
My mom is one of my biggest inspirations, her passing in 2008 when I was 14 years old actually is what drove me to step into the gym and I’ve been hooked ever since. My mom was my biggest supporter and had entrepreneurial dreams of her own, so for me to be where I am today, I feel like this is for her.
